But before we open our community to the public, we’d like to give you a sneak peek at the next homebuilder in our Alamar Homebuilder Q&A Series. David Weekley Homes is one of six premium homebuilders at Alamar and is a big part of our success.

For those who may not be familiar, tell us about David Weekley Homes and what you’re known for.

Can you give us a look into what we can expect to see from your product line at Alamar?
Customers in Alamar will be able to choose from six David Weekley Homes floor plans situated on 70-foot homesites to make their home their own. These one-story, open layout homes will offer three to four bedrooms, two to four full baths up to one half bath and three- to four-car garages.
Can you elaborate on some of the available features within your floor plans at Alamar?
In addition to stunning standard features such as a spa-like Owner’s Bath, eat-in island in the spacious kitchen and retreat off the secondary bedrooms ideal for a kids’ play space or homework room, homes in Alamar will have options for upgrades like an Outdoor Living Area, an enclosed study for working from home, a guest suite with private bathroom and more.
