Brookfield Residential’s Alamar, the newest and best-selling master-planned community in Avondale, is celebrating its 1-year anniversary with a public Farmer’s Market Celebration on Saturday, Oct. 9, in conjunction with the City of Avondale, which is celebrating its own 75thmilestone anniversary. The free family-friendly, half day event will take place from 10:00am to 3:00pm at Alamar’s Hay Moon Park.
Alamar celebrated the grand opening of Hay Moon Pool, the masterplan’s new private pool facility, in April with an outdoor Neighborhood Patio Party for residents. Nearly 30 residents attended the festive poolside event, marking the first of many resident gatherings for Alamar, along with event programming, clubs and signature events.
