We are pleased to announce that Alamar finished 2023 strong and reported a 52.89% increase in home sales. To date, 756 out of approximately 4,000 homes have been sold, with 185 homes sold YTD in 2023 and 121 homes sold in 2022, underscoring the steady stream of home sales and continued interest in the community.

We’re proud to announce the opening of Lakin Prep Academy, a brand new state-of-the-art learning facility located inside Alamar. It has been a busy month for the Littleton Elementary School District who hosted a dedication and ribbon-cutting for Lakin Prep Academy on July 11th, a Community Tour on July 18th, a Meet the Teacher night on July 24th, and officially welcomed students to kick-off the 2023-2024 school year on July 26th.
